Inspired By Ancient Hieroglyphics

Description: Anarchist nonconvention.
This is a spiralling design of text which includes the use of ancient egyptian hieroglyphic art. This includes a fish, an eye and a yinyang. It includes the elements of ancient hieroglyphics as well as the modernized aspect. I thought that it was a very interesting piece as it included readable text on the outermost ring and ancient hieroglyphics towards the middle. From words to pictures and simplicity, I thought that this was a very unique way to display the changes made in the history of hieroglyphics.

  1. Thanks for sharing Kelsey, glad I found your post:-)
Who designed this piece? When? Where?
I am intrigued by your commentary and the true origins of this design...
Not certain it contains 'ancient hieroglyphic forms' but agree, surely inspired by the concepts and linear qualities.
